If your exercise routines are not effective, it’s because you didn’t take the time to figure out what kind of activities and intensities would keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals.
If you’re not happy, content and fulfilled, it might be because you haven’t designed the kind of life you want to live and made the changes necessary to get there. You are living a life by default, rather than by design. Stop it and start planning.
